About
Liz
My work is rooted in the body. With a lifetime of being drawn to physical expression, over 25 years working in holistic wellness, and experience guiding 100’s of people - from age 9-90—in embodied, liberatory practices, I have come to realize that every single person has creative genius living in their body. When you let that genius inform your life choices, you can create a life aligned with your values, purpose, and dreams.

Wellness is unique and personal to each individual, but it’s not meant to be done on your own. A conversation with a dear friend or a 1:1 Coaching Session can reflect your best self back to you. It can help you pinpoint the kind of well-being you are seeking, what is at odds with that, and where your sphere of influence is for taking action towards it. A group class or Creative Wellness Salon connects you with people to practice together in belonging. When wellness becomes an antidote to isolation and competition, we all get free.
I love helping people connect to their inner wisdom and power. I care deeply about personal and collective liberation, and I believe that we get there by each person embodying their unique creative spirit and relating from that place. I don’t believe in prescriptive paradigms or guarantees; instead you can expect that we’ll work together to define what wellness means for you. My Creative Living methodology puts you at the center, fully in the driver’s seat of your own experience. Yoga, dance, movement, contemplative and creative practices, coaching and communing are the tools, and liberation is the north star.
If you asked folks in my community about me, here’s what you might hear:
—My son says I’m an expert at cooking and relaxing.
—Friends say I always bring the party and can make anything into a fun game.
—It’s my Middle School students who would probably give you the most unfiltered description of me (!), but when I am at my best they describe me as a cross between a nurturing Summer Camp Den Mother and the character Joy from the movie Inside Out.
When you put that all together, it speaks to the truth that my work is not just about outcomes, it’s about experiences - nourishing, peaceful, with plenty of lighthearted fun mixed in.
